The Giants came from behind to win for the second week in a row.
Michael Strahan returned a fumble 13 yards for a touchdown and had 1 sack.
Kerry Collins was 30-47 for 338 yards and 1 TD.
Ron Dayne had a 31 yard touchdown run.
Ike Hilliard caught a 7-yard touchdown pass with 20 seconds left in the game.
Amani Toomer had 8 catches for 124 yards.

That was some game.
"Oh man, oh man, oh man. I can't believe what they put me through. There are so many highs and lows in a Giants game that you're on an emotional roller coaster the whole time. Suddenly our defense can't stop the run, and the running back we passed on last year (Shaun Alexander) finishes the Seahawks drive off with a a 29 yard touchdown run to take the early lead. We come right back using the running back we did take (Ron Dayne) and he scores on a 31 yard run to tie it. Then we get gyped on the replay challenge that should have kept them from scoring."

We also thought that Sehorn's interception should have held up
"Well, it didn't, and after they kick a field goal, we're behind again. OK, so we go on to sack their quarterback and recover the ball for a touchdown, and pretty soon with about three and a half minutes left, we have the ball, and it looks like we'll be going into halftime leading 14-10 , plus whatever we can get off the quarter ending drive from our 6 yard line.
Of course instead, Collins acts like he has all day to pass, and lets them swat the ball from his hands in the endzone for a touchdown to take the lead again. It's a good thing Collins came back and got us close enough for a field goal after that, with some nice completions to Hilliard, Jurevicius and Toomer."

It was a tied 17-17 at the half.
"
And I was already exhausted! I'd seen enough to fill a whole football game by then. I mean Ron Dayne had run 31 yards for a touchdown. Strahan had recovered a fumble and run it in for a touchdown. Sehorn had an interception that didn't count. Collins had passed for over 150 yards already, and still we weren't ahead in a game that we really needed to win. It didn't get any easier to watch, not scoring in the third quarter and going into the fourth quarter losing, and seeing Sehorn come out of the game. We trailed until there was less than 30 seconds left in the game. I don't need this!"

Think the Giants can beat the Eagles next week?
"Who can say? This team does just enough to win, or just enough to lose in every game they play and they've been doing this all year!"

Kerry Collins threw a lot of passes this game.
"He was 30-47 for 338 yards, and Collins needed 263 yards for the first back-to-back 3,000-yard seasons of his career, and it was the first by a Giant since Phil Simms did it in 1988, and 1989. His numbers were real good, and how often does this offense score as much as 2 touchdowns in one game?

Seriously though, Kerry Collins was on today, and he really showed me something when he shook off that facemask grab to complete a pass to Toomer for 25 yards in the second quarter."

Fassel said this week, "We rated Ron higher. Over time, it will be justified."
"I don't think even he thought anything much would happen this game, but it was nice to see Ron Dayne match Shaun Alexander's touchdown with one of his own. Ron takes a lot of criticism, but except for an occasional burst, neither he nor Tiki could get much going today against the Seahawks. It was good to hear the response from the fans when Ron got that touchdown. He's a team player and has to know that everyone wants to see him succeed."

What did you think of that replay challenge?
"I think about 78,00 fans in the stands were reaching for a buzzer they didn't have thinking that Seattle was going to get the play off before Fassel called for it. Then after they said Sehorn didn't have control of the ball for the interception, I think about 78,000 fans were wondering where the Cleveland fans got those nifty half filled plastic beer bottles to throw down on the field. That's a bad joke of course, but I think the Giants got jobbed on that one."

Anything else?
"Mike Barrow should be mentioned. He never quits, and came a long way around a big bunch of guys to swat that ball out of quarterback Matt Hasselbeck's hands. It might have caused Strahan a sack the way that play was going, but I'm sure Strahan won't complain about the fumble recovery touchdown he got instead.
Also, some players that get no respect keep plugging away. Ike Hilliard - I mention him only because he didn't get a renogiated contract and raise he was hoping for after coming up big for the Giants last year (others did). He caught the much needed winning touchdown. Dave Thomas put a final end to the game with his interception, and Jason Sehorn did a great job playing hurt."
