Giants lose a tough one to the Seahawks in overtime 24-21.
Eli Manning went 29-of-53 for 344 yards with 2 TDs and 1 INT.
Jeremy Shockey caught 10 passes for 127 yards and 1 TD.

Game Notes:
"You only get so many chances to win a game, and the Giants used them all up. They came so close, coming from behind to tie it
up in the fourth quarter, and then they let it slip away. How could Jay Feely miss on three field goals after playing so well all season long? It's hard to believe that even with Eli Manning
passing for 344 yards, hitting both Shockey and Toomer for touchdowns, that the Giants still lost this one. Tiki Barber gave it his all, running for 151 yards. Shockey looked hurt at times,
but hung in to make 10 catches for 127 yards, caught 1 touchdown, and made the 2 point conversion to tie it up.
Plaxico Burress and Amani Toomer both made clutch catches, and even though I sort of wanted to see former Giant Joe Jurevicius do good,
I didn't need to see him make all those first down catches and score those two touchdowns. The defense held up and overall the Giants went toe to toe with the Seahawks. I admit that I didn't
have a lot of confidence going into this game, but I feel better now seeing how well they played. I think the Giants are ready to take Dallas next week at the Meadowlands."
Game Notes:
"Ron Dayne did what he could, delivering a knockout punch to Dallas on Thanksgiving Day, but
the Giants couldn't deliver on their end of the bargain. Dayne helped put the Giants solely into first place ahead of Dallas with not many games left to
play, but this tough overtime loss against Seattle dropped them even again. It was an important one in the NFC overall picture, and now next week's game with the Cowboys will be most crucial.
The Giants offense had a slew of false start penalties, but they mostly came on just one drive. They sort of forgot Tiki Barber in the first half, the same
way that the Seahawks overlooked Shaun Alexander. Tiki had just 12 carries for 45 yards. Letting the running game develop after the half, Tiki had 14 more carries and picked up 106 more yards.
The defense contained Seattle's big weapon, Shaun Alexander for most of the game, even though his numbers had him at 119 yards at the close. Matt Hasselbeck throwing to former Giant Joe Jurevicius
is what did the Giants in, along with their own inability to kick a field goal in the fourth quarter and in overtime."
