Jeremy Shockey caught 5 passes for 44 yards and 1 touchdown.
Amani Toomer caught 6 passes for 66 yards.
Will Peterson had an interception for the second week in a row.

Game Notes:
"It was great that the Giants defense held the Cowboys to just 10 points. Ever since that first game, the scoring against the Giants has been low, 14, 10, 7, and 10 today. The other teams
may make some plays against them, but when it counts like today when Bill Parcells went for it on a 4th and 1 at the Giants 5 yard line, the defense held.
I was really surprised in this game twice by Uncle Bill. The first time was when he had the Cowboys try for that long 52 yard field goal near the end of the third quarter. It fell short and
gave the Giants good field position so they were able to get their own field goal to increase the score to a 6 point lead.
The next one was a real shocker when he had them go for it on a 4th and 1 at their own 43 yard line. That sure showed no respect for our defense. The Giants held on the fourth down play just
like they did earlier in the game. This time, with that great field position, they came away with another field goal to put them up 9 points with only about six minutes left in the game. Those
two moves made me feel like the ghost of Jim Fassel was lurking somewhere around in Uncle Bill's headset, trying to get some sort of satisfaction for last year's early season loss."
Game Notes:
"There was no 'Thunder and Lightning' in today's game.
Ron Dayne had no carries and Mike Cloud had just 2 for 4 yards. No, what we saw was that the Cowboys had 'Lightning in a Bottle' and they didn't know it until Tiki uncorked a long 58 yard
run right down to their 14 yard line, to threaten their 10-6 lead. A few plays later, Kurt Warner threw a 1 yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Shockey and the Giants went up in the game 13-10.
After gaining just 26 yards on his first 10 carries Tiki Barber exploded to finish this game with 122 yards on 23 carries, including a rushing touchdown. He also was the top receiver gaining
76 yards on 5 receptions. Last week Tiki Barber was selected as the NFC's Offensive Player of the Week for running 182 yards on 23 carries and scoring on a 52-yard run in the Giants 14-7 win
over Green Bay. This week they're going to have to crown him.
The announcers pointed out that Amani Toomer get into it with Cowboys safety Roy Williams when he came late on Toomer with a hit. They
didn't mention that it was Williams that Toomer cut down on the very next play to spring Tiki for his 55-yard screen pass catch. It was good to see Steve Christie hit on four of four field
goals and return to the form he had before last week's bad outing.
By the way, if anyone who watches noticed, even after reviewing last week's Giants - Green Bay game, not one of the hosts on Inside
the NFL, Cris Carter, Bob Costas, Cris Collinsworth, or Dan Marino picked the Giants to win. All four went with Dallas. This, after they all picked Green Bay to win over the Giants the
week before. Maybe they'll see things differently the next chance they get."
