Andre Brown rushed for 14 yards on 5 carries and had 1 catch for 4 yards.
Henry Hynoski rushed for 4 yards on 1 carry and caught 1 pass for 0 yards.
Domenik Hixon caught 6 passes for 116 yards.
Victor Cruz caught 9 passes for 109 yards and 1 TD.
Ramses Barden caught 2 passes for 36 yards.
Bear Pascoe caught 1 pass for 6 yards and 1 TD.
Martellus Bennett caught 1 pass for 2 yards.
Osi Umenyiora and Chase Blackburn each had 1 sack.
Lawrence Tynes kicked a 25 yard field goal and missed on a 54 yard attempt.

Game Notes:
"It was a scoreless first
quarter with both defenses giving it their best shots. It was a shame
that the Giants lost safety Kenny Phillips. The Eagles scored first with
a 19 yard touchdown pass to DeSean Jackson. The Giants came back with
a field goal to end the half. Eli Manning had completed 14 of his 26 passes
for 151 yards, but there was no running game. Henry Hynoski was the most
productive rusher, averaging 4 yards per carry, but he had only one. The
total stats at that point were almost equal in all areas, first downs,
time of possession, number of plays, etc. and that's why the score was
so close, Eagles up 7-3.
The Eagles scored a field goal on their first possession in the third
quarter and the Giants responded with a touchdown to tie the game at 10-10.
On the next drive the Eagles scored another field goal to take the lead.
Eli Manning got the Giants down to the Eagles 10 yard line, but on the
first play of the fourth quarter his pass, intended for Martellus Bennett,
was intercepted in the endzone. Manning seemed annoyed with Bennett on
the sidelines after that so maybe he messed up. Anyway, the Eagles ended
that drive with another field goal and it seemed like our defense was
wearing down as every time the Eagles got the ball they would score.
Still the Giants were down 16-10 with plenty of time left and they followed
up with a quick five play drive that ended with a pass to Bear Pascoe
for a 6 yard touchdown. They were up for the first time in the game with
a 17-16 lead. Of course now it was the Eagles turn, and remember what
I just said? Right, they got the ball and they scored another field goal
to take the lead 19-17.
The Giants had just under two minutes left to get some points on the board
and go home with a win. David Wilson had been giving the Giants great
field position with his kickoff returns and he did it again. Eli Manning
took them down to the Eagles 26 yard line, but then a pass to Ramses Barden
resulted in Offensive Pass Interference and a 10 yard penalty and Manning's
next pass to Domenik Hixon was incomplete. Without much time on the clock,
they went for a 54 yard field goal which Lawrence Tynes missed wide left,
but wait! Andy Reid had called a timeout. Tynes got another chance and
this time the ball was straight on, but fell short and the Giants lost.
It was very disappointing but
I guess I'll have to put up with the Eagles winning these division games
and the Giants winning Super Bowls."

Game Notes:
"The
Giants and Eagles are two explosive teams. Coming into this game the Giants
were third in the NFL with plays of at least 20 yards (18) and the Eagles
were tied for fourth (16). Neither offense seemed all that amazing in
the first half which ended with just two scores and with the Eagles leading
7-3. Neither team could run the ball, but that changed in the second half
for the Eagles. LeSean McCoy finished with 123 yards on 23 carries after
gaining just 2 yards by halftime, and Michael Vick was able to run himself
out of trouble whenever he needed to.
I would have liked to see Andre Brown get more than 5 carries mostly because
of how he's been playing. Ahmad Bradshaw had 13, but was much more effective
when Eli Manning got the ball to him through the air. The running game
produced just 57 yards on 19 carries. The Giants defense had expected
to get to Vick more and cause turnovers. The Eagles had committed 12 turnovers
in three games and Vick knew he had to do better with protecting the football
and there were no turnovers tonight.
What stood out in this game for the Giants was Domenik Hixon making some
tough catches, averaging 19 yards on the six completions he had and David
Wilson on his 6 kick returns averaging 36.2 yards per return. Victor Cruz
was his usual productive self, and he finished with 109 yards on 9 catches
and 1 touchdown.
Tom Coughlin said after the game that his players didn't always play smart,
but they played hard. You could see that this game was tough for both
teams and could have gone either way. The Giants came in a close second,
but unfortunately there are no silver medals in football. There are only
losses, and now the Giants have two and both were to division teams.
