Brandon Jacobs rushed for 39 yards on 12 carries and 1 TD, and caught 2 passes for 13 yards.
Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 34 yards on 12 carries.
Danny Ware rushed for 15 yards on 2 carries.
Mario Manningham caught 6 passes for 126 yards.
Steve Smith caught 4 passes for 79 yards.
Kevin Boss caught 5 passes for 76 yards and 2 TDs.
Hakeem Nicks caught 5 passes for 65 yards.
Domenik Hixon caught 1 pass for 16 yards.
Madison Hedgecock caught 2 passes for 9 yards and 1 TD.
Michael Boley and Justin Tuck each had 1 sack.
Lawrence Tynes kicked field goals of 39 and 36 yards and missed on a 31 yard attempt.

Game Notes:
"The Giants offensive unit sure got off to a strange start with their opening drive. They were pushing the Falcons around making first downs, but then the Atlanta defense pushed back real hard. The Giants had gained 40 yards in no time, and then lost 19 yards and the ball to the Falcons with Eli Manning's interception. Luckily the Giants defense came on strong and took them three and out. Things settled down a bit and LawrenceTynes kicked a 39 yard field goal, but not long after he missed on a 31 yard attempt. This sure didn't hit well with the fans at the stadium who tend to be a bit edgy whenever Tynes shows up on the field.
When Atlanta's kicker Jason Elam missed on his 35 yard attempt I was tempted to kid everyone that maybe it's easy to miss a field goal at Giants Stadium, and it would be a good thing that they're moving next year, but the thought saddened me right away. I love this place, and there are only 3 more regular season home games left here.
Anyway, the Giants were pretty effective on offense today especially with the passing game. It was great to see Kevin Boss make his two touchdown catches and he did it without getting slammed in the endzone. The Giants did score 31 points and then the field goal in overtime to win the game 34-31 and all you could hope for was to see them do better on defense. We can't keep letting the other team come back at us at the end of these games."

Game Notes:
"I was glad to see the Giants shake off their opening drive and they were pretty effective on offense for the rest of the game. Eli Manning was great racking up a career high 384 yards and 3 touchdowns. Kevin Boss looked great working his first catch a few extra yards into the endzone, and on the second one, he was already there. Madison Hedgecock did his part as well with his touchdown .The Falcons were more effective holding the Giants ground game to just 88 yards even though they were ranked 26th against the run, which may mean that the Giants have some extra work to do in that area.
On defense they played aggressive but still gave up too many yards and points. It certainly didn't help that Antonio Pierce wasn't in the game and they don't have much time before their next game to figure that out. Mike Boley got his first sack as a Giant today, and I'll bet when he signed on with the Giants he never expected that sack to be against Matt Ryan and his old team considering this would be the Giants tenth game of the season.
The Giants did win their "must-win game" and have little time to prepare for their game against the Denver Broncos on Thanksgiving day. If they play well they will get an advantage of sorts, because they will have extra time to prepare for the game against the Cowboys at home."

Giants LB Michael Boley had a game-high 13 tackles and a sack against his former team.

Giants Kevin Boss scored two touchdowns for the first time in his career.

Giants Aaron Ross played for the first time after missing first nine games.
