Hardcover - 336 pages (October 13, 2015)

Rough & Tumble: A gritty behind-the-scenes look at life in the NFL

Mark Bavaro, a former New York Giant tight end himself, has written a fascinating rookie novel. He absolutely gets the football right, but more surprisingly, he has created a thoughtful, credible narrator and an intriguing mix of full-bodied secondary characters who exist in the shadows of professional sports.

Rough & Tumble: A gritty, behind-the-scenes look at life in the NFL (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 311 pages (September 1, 2009)

The GM: The Inside Story of a Dream Job and the Nightmares that Go with It

Ernie Accorsi, invited Tom Callahan "inside" the Giants organization to experience a season - Accorsi's last - from the front office, the locker room, the sidelines, and the tunnel. The result is a remarkable book. The Giants started the season with high expectations, hoping to ride the talent of players like Eli Manning, Jeremy Shockey, and Tiki Barber to the Super Bowl, but the team quickly fell apart due to injuries.

The GM: The Inside Story of a Dream Job and the Nightmares that Go with It (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 288 pages (September 18, 2007)

I Dream in Blue: Life, Death, and the New York Giants

A fan of Jeremy Shockey and Tiki Barber, lukewarm but hopeful on Eli Manning and positively brutal on coach Tom Coughlin, Roger Director suffers his way from the Albany training sessions through the promising 6-2 start and the bewildering 2-6 second half to the playoff loss to the Eagles. Someone make a play. Director spends the 2006 - 2007 season up close and personal with Big Blue, in the locker room and on the practice field.

I Dream in Blue: Life, Death, and the New York Giants (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 240 pages (August 28, 2007)

Game of My Life New York Giants: Memorable Stories of Giants Football

These titles in the Game of My Life series feature stories by and about former players for the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles, who recreate scenes from some of their teams most celebrated games. Ken Palmer has been managing editor, beat writer, and columnist for The Giant Insider since 1995. He has also served as the New York Post's NFL Insider for the past two years and has written feature articles for the NHL's New Jersey Devils for the past decade.

Game of My Life New York Giants: Memorable Stories of Giants Football [Illustrated] (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 206 pages (October 1, 2007)

Loudmouth - Memoirs by Craig Carton

In 1991, fresh from college, Craig Carton drove a crappy 1980 Buick to Buffalo, New York, to interview for a job at WGR radio. The station manager who hired him was the first to recognize his considerable on-air talent, and helped start what has become a legendary radio career. Often compared to Howard Stern, Carton has hosted a series of highly rated shows, and in 2007 he joined WFAN, where he and Boomer Esiason host an eponymous show every morning for four hours out of a studio in New York City.

Loudmouth: Tales (and Fantasies) of Sports, Sex, and Salvation from Behind the Microphone Hardcover (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 272 pages (June 4, 2013)

New - Wellington: The Maras, the Giants, and the City of New York:

Mr. Mara was a man who put League before team, something not seen these days in the league. Mr. Mara was a man who was there for his players, not only in a professional relationship but as mentor and father figure. Mr. Mara is sorely missed, but we can see his name "The Duke" stamped on today's game ball. To see why, and lots of other great stories, read this book.

Wellington: The Maras, the Giants, and the City of New York (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 398 pages (September 2006)

LT: Over the Edge :

Raw and uncut, Taylor tells of his life from a small town in Virginia to becoming the most dominant defensive player of all time. Through a record ten straight All-Pro seasons, LT led the New York Giants to two Super Bowl victories, along the way revolutionizing the outside linebacker position.

Hardcover - 272 pages (November 25, 2003)

Sunday Morning Quarterback :

Former New York Giants quarterback Simms draws on his outstanding NFL career and his current role as a CBS analyst to gamely dissect TV's overly simple, glib analyses - including Simms's own.
What sets the book apart, however, are the many personal anecdotes Simms offers, in which he shares his unique perspective on key moments of great games and some of the NFL's most intriguing personalities, such as coaches Bill Parcells and Bill Belichik.

Sunday Morning Quarterback : Going Deep on the Strategies, Myths & Mayhem of Football
Hardcover - 224 pages (Nov 1 2004)

Inside the Helmet: Life as a Sunday Afternoon Warrior

Michael Strahan's account reveals never-before-seen details about the truth of life in the NFL, including the names of the dirtiest players, which potent painkillers players take in order to return to the battlefield, the wild parties such as the Vikings' infamous Love Boat romp, the pressure to live up to a multimillion- dollar salary, the intense and sometimes volatile relationship between player and coach, and the violent blowups that occur when that pressure gets too intense.

Inside the Helmet: My Life as a Sunday Afternoon Warrior (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 320 pages (October 9, 2007)

Tiki: My Life in the Game and Beyond

Tiki is a riveting, inspiring read for football fans who want to know what really goes on behind the scenes and in the locker room, and for anyone looking to glean inspiration to follow their dream. He recounts his extraordinary career, overcoming injuries and working through his flaws with the help of his coaches; his stellar 2005 season, where he finished the year with 2,390 total yards (the second highest total in history); and the controversies that have marred the Giants 2006 season.

Tiki: My Life in the Game and Beyond (Hardcover)
Hardcover - 240 pages (September 18, 2007)

By My Brother's Side:

Tiki and Ronde were each other's best friends. Together from the start, these twins might not have been the strongest or the tallest, but they were fast and worked hard at what they loved. And they loved sports, especially football.
Then one day Tiki badly hurt his knee in a biking accident, and he was sure he'd never be able to play again. Their mother had always told them, "You are each other's best friends. Stick together, believe in yourselves, and you can do anything." They kept her words in their hearts and never gave up.
