Great site! You wouldn't happen to know what Jason Sehorn's
nickname is, would you? Rock

His nickname? Why would any sane person
know that? - Mikefan
Oh that Mikefan
- He just said that because he's guessing I know it!
I've
heard that his nickname is "Species". Does that
help you out? - Gamegirl.

Hey I tried to get to The Players link.... but couldn't. I need
to know what number LT is. I've got to make some sort of homage
to him and it's an important fact, don't ya think? Please help
me out.
Signed, A chick working on a birthday present for a big LT fan.
The stuff we'll go through for you guys!!
Actually, the players link won't get
you that information even if it was up. The web police around
here took it down because it doesn't look good enough for them,
and they're fanatical about stuff like that. It should be up
by next week.
The answer is 56, and in case there is some kind of contest
going on, Joe Morris was 20, Terry Kinard was 43. Eric Howard
74, Maurice Carthon 44, Mark Collins 25, Mark Bavaro 89, Carl
Banks 58, Lionel Manuel 86, Leonard Marshall 70, Bart Oates
65, Eric Moore 60.....

How are the Giants going to replace Jason Sehorn?
Nobody can "replace" my Jason.
Anyone they use in his place will come up short. My guess is
that they'll try to fit Shaun Williams into his spot. - Trying
to replace one super athlete with another. - Gamegirl

You seem to have this thing going for Jason Sehorn.
I
like players who really put out 100%. Jason is a standout
player, and he's my favorite. I even got them to put a link
up here to Jason Sehorn's column. You should check it out.

Superbowl XXV

Where can I get Giants Roster for Superbowl XXV? - Thanks.
That's
a good question. I searched a bit on the Internet but couldn't
find it either so I'm asking the guys on Team Giants to dig
it up from wherever they get their stuff. I'm hoping that
the answer will be that you can find it on our pages from
now on. - Gamegirl
Update:
We added it below. Gamegirl has only to ask and it is done!

Jason Sehorn

I was wondering if Jason Sehorn was a married man? he seems
to be a very down to earth person and I just wanted to know
about his personal life thanx,
My
favorite, Jason Sehorn is back! His best friend on the team,
Danny Kanell, was traded away, and I wonder how he's taking
that.
To answer your question, I turned to my Jason Sehorn scrapbook,
and strangely, all the pictures are of me and him together.
On closer inspection, and even more strange, I do see one
where he is dressed for summer, and I'm in my winter coat!
Seriously, I do think he is spoken for, and if you find out
for sure - don't get back to me. - Gamegirl

'99 Outlook
From: JoSails
To: gamegirl@nflfans.com
I know it's early, but I think that with the return of Jason
Sehorn and possibly Brian Williams (not to mention the potential
of the new draft picks), the '99 season is shaping up to be
interesting, if not exciting.
Now I know we do the same dance every year, but since the
Jets are already being considered the favorites to go to the
Super Bowl (God help us all), the Jints know that they must
step it up a couple of notches in order to save face in NYC
- just because they have to, if not for anything else.
Their showdown in December will/should be a dog fight. We
can only hope....
What are your thoughts?
You're
right. It is kind of early for predictions, and don't forget
the first showdown with Dallas is on national TV, Monday night,
10/18.
By the time that game is played, the Giants will have faced
the other NFC Eastn teams so we will really know where they
stand by the end of that night.
The other Dallas game is on 1/02. It will be the last regular
season game and hopefully the excitement will be minimized
down to the Cowboys desperately trying to win a wild card
spot by beating the division champs - Giants! - Gamegirl

Doug Kotar #44 New York Giants
From: Sunshine
To: mikefan@nflfans.com
Hello,
I am the niece of former Giant player Doug Kotar. I am trying
to put together some pictures and information for a web site
in tribute to my late uncle.
I ran across your site today and was curious if you have any
information on him that you could pass along, that maybe I
do not currently have!
Any imput you have for information that I could pass on to
the Kotar family would be much appreciated!
Thank you - Lori (Kotar) Veres
I'm
sorry that we don't have anything very special for you. I
wish I still had my football cards from that time.
All I have are my own private memories of really rooting for
a tough struggling Giants team during those years. In fact,
one of the things that turned me on to the Giants was that
over matched or not, they were always out there playing their
hearts out, and Doug Kotar was certainly a big part of that.
All I can offer you is a grouping of all the references we
found in relation to Doug on the Internet. If you found us,
you probably already came across much of this information
on your own.
Please feel free to copy it, alter it, or use it in any way
you see fit, and be sure to call on us for any website assistance
you may need. - Mikefan
